In the last 6 years we’ve taken 19 team members through this programme. At present, career conversion candidates make up more that 25% of our teams based across the North.
That’s not bad going for an SME like us operating in a construction industry that is in the midst of a particularly fierce ‘war for talent’. However, our career conversion work, along with countless other initiatives, ensure our team continues to deliver industry-leading Quantity Surveying services to our clients.
